Kaleidoscope Yoga Community
Let's move our Yoga tribe beyond the mat!
Sadly, with new government restrictions, all in person sessions on hold.
I love to hear the buzz of conversations, laughter, connections before and after class. I love the support, encouragement and kindness I see students offering each other. It's joyful to share space with so many wonderful people on retreats and holidays; to go from strangers to friends in just a few days. It's got me thinking, more of this please!
I dislike the term 'social distancing', humans are meant to connect! It should be physical distancing. This time of physical distancing has really allowed me the space to consider what more can I do to create space for connection. Here it is; the Kaleidoscope Yoga Community Group! While there are some limitations due to Covid, I hope it will grow and I truly hope that you will get involved, make suggestions, engage in the fun and invite anyone and everyone to join us.
I've always loved to read and talk anything books! Join me?
Thursdays every couple months. So you have plenty of time to read the book. The first book is American Dirt, by Jeannine Cummings.
We will meet via Zoom until we can all cram into a cozy pub again.
First meeting 29/10 at 7pm.
It's free, but please book in so I know who to expect and invite anyone you know who loves books! You will also get the Zoom link when you book.
Karma Yoga is all about action. This means taking your practice off the mat and into the world to serve your community and be part of something bigger than yourself.
I would love for your ideas about community projects that we could do together every few months.
The first project will be a litter pick. I hope you will join me for a couple hours of picking, and then maybe a hot drink and sweet treat?
Please book in so I know who to expect/contact and can have enough equipment.
government restrictions regarding socialising amongst households means Karma Yoga is postponed.
Please book your space so I know who to contact with joining instructions/cancellations.

government restrictions regarding socialising amongst households means walks postponed.
